PR Builders is proud to have been entrusted to build the new 7,282 square foot addition. 

The project should see its final completion sometime in June of 2010.  Pastor Scott describes the main purpose of the new Cafe in his blog entry on August 25th as "...to provide an area where people who are coming to Grace Church to worship can also spend time getting to know each other and connecting with others." 

The project includes the renovation of the existing foyer, a cafe addition of over 4,800 SF, an office addition of over 1,500 SF, and some other miscellaneous improvements.  Some of the energy efficient design elements include: 

• Exterior walls constructed with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF's) to provide a super insulated "shell" for the addition
• A Geothermal heating a cooling system to transfer the heat from 13 underground wells into the building during the Winter and out of the building during the Summer.
